He was predeceased by: his parents, Alpheus Kenneth "A. K." Lain, Sr. and Maude Campbell Lain; and his brother Raymond Lain. He is survived by: his son Michael Lain (Nicole); his grandchildren, Paige Lain, Conner McClain, Brittney Kelly, Kayla Edwards and Tyler Capps; his great grandchildren, Grayson Reeves, Jessie Joy Kelly and Dakota Stout; and his siblings, Alice Katherine King of Lexington, SC and Joe Lain (Susan).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the The Feed Sack (1593 Whiskey Rd, Aiken, SC 29803).
