He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Landis and Winfred Landis; his grandsons, Travis Hott and Stephen Taber; and his siblings, Earle Landis and Barbara Gilmore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Landis Taber (Daniel) of Manassas, Virginia, Tina Landis of Bloomery and Sally Bynaker (Gene) of Milford; and his grandchildren, Justin Alford of Richmond, Virginia, Athena Satterfield of Bloomery, Sandy Miller of Stephens City, Cory Ann Bynaker of Milford and Dillon Bynaker of Milford. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
