He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cooper and Winifred Cooper; his brother Thomas Cooper; and his son Edward Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Alfred Cooper Jr. (Liza) of Martinez, GA, Sherry Cooper of Aiken, SC and Pam Powell (Bill) of Evans, GA.; his grandchildren, Paul Cooper, Peter Cooper, Kia Smith, Josh Kimbrell, Clay Kimbrell and Jonothan Powell; and his pet Peppie. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Alfred's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
