He was predeceased by: his mother Annie Mae Sires Garvin. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Herrington Garvin; his father Fred R Garvin; his daughter Stephanie Garvin; his brother James Edmond Garvin (Sandra Lynn); and his siblings-in-law, Harry Herrington, Jr. (Trudy), Harriet Newton and Karen Hughes. He is also survived by father, brother, and friend, and he had many, many friends.
