Though William may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Rudd, II and Agnes Peagler Owens; and his son Billy Owens. He is survived by: his wife Edith Rudd; his children, William E. Rudd, IV (Vada), Sherri Potter (Donald) and Phillip Rudd; and his sister Debbie Nedeau (Ed). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James A. Dyal Funeral Home (303 S Main St, Summerville, SC 29483). A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Reeves Cemetery.
