He was predeceased by: his brother Walt Williams. He is survived by: his wife Frances Amanda "Mandy" Williams; his sons, Ryan White and Clint Williams (Dustie Wilcox); his grandchildren, Bryce William White, Ryley Martin White, Keygan Thomas White, Willow Lee Williams and Elgin Thomas William; his siblings, Steve Williams and Shannon Dillard (Jamie); his sister-in-law Beth Williams; his uncle James Settles (Peggy) of Fredericksburg, VA; his niece Kaitlyn Dillard; and his nephews, Nick and Greg Williams. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
