She is survived by: her husband David Cooke; her children, Antuan Adams (Sade), Anquontis Matthews (Detric), Ancheneia Mitchell (Thomas), Kareem Bailey and Fatimia Cooke; and her parents, John Adams and Frances Adams. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
