He was predeceased by: his parents, Hildred McWilliams and Sarah Selmon McWilliams; and his brother Wilbert McWilliams. He is survived by: his wife Sonya Rae Clegg McWilliams; his daughters, Elizabeth "Betsy" Allen (Richard) and Sabrina Naylor (Don); and his stepson Craig Gandor. He is also survived by three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
