Frazier; her grandchildren, Leona, Keandrea, DeVonte, Videll, Brinasha, Akeem, Charlie, Jr., Connor, Austen and Chaz; her sisters-in-law, Margaret Frazier of Parkers Ferry, SC and Lavern Frazier of Quincy, FL; her niece Julia Smalls; and her friend James Shepherd. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
