He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elbert and Eva Strawhorn Stone. He is survived by: his wife Joannah Crittendon Stone; and his children, Charles Stone (Ira Dean), Donnie Stone (Joann), Glen Stone (Wanda), Brenda Barnes, Anna Benson (Kevin), Mark Crittendon (Linda) and Amy Crittendon. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
