She was predeceased by: her husband William B. 'Bill' Evans; her parents, Allen Worth Miller, Sr. and Anna Grace Moody Miller; her sons-in-law, Gary Culbertson and Jeff Green; and her grandson Dale Green.
She is survived by: her children, Katherine Coxe, Culbertson of Greenwood, Charles Coxe, II of Florida, Diana Green of Florida and Charlie W. Coxe (Kelly) of York; her grandchildren, Shannon (Roger), Andrea (Clifton), Jacquelyn, Duece, Coleman, Benjamin, Thomas and Nathan; and her great grandchildren, Katelynne Marie and Elijah Andrew.
