He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis Loftis and Lilly Loftis; and his daughter Rhonda Kelley. He is survived by: his children, William Loftis (Linka) of Calhoun Falls, SC and Patricia Turner of Liberty, SC. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Memorials in memory of Thomas may be made to Faith Harvest Church of God of Prophecy in Calhoun Falls.
