She is survived by: her husband David Lewis; her daughters, Chanda Lewis Ferguson of Abbeville and Krista Lewis Uldrick (Dan) of Abbeville; her siblings, Robert 'Bob Haney of Olive Hill, KY, Joann Baker (Wayne) of Olive Hill, KY, Janet Bloomfield of Vanceburg, KY, Ruthann Wolfe of Olive Hill, KY, Shirley Lewis of Hebron and Patty Carper (Jimmy) of Olive Hill; her grandchildren, Fallon Edwards (Zach), Chase Ferguson (Rachel), Ethan Erwin (Jessica), Jackson Uldrick, Abigail Uldrick and Annelyse Tiller; and her great grandchild Colin Crocker.
