We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2025, at the age of 81, Sylvia Jean Timms (Abbeville, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Sylvia Jean leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Harmon Quattlebaum and Viola Hudson Quattlebaum; and her son-in-law John Thomas Lanford II. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Timms Lanford, Jody Timms (Penny) and Laura Falls Babb (Ray); and her granddaughter Angel Elizabeth Falls.
