It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sonny McNeil Jr. of Abbeville, South Carolina, who passed away on January 11, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin, Sr. McNeil and Frances 'Polly Giles McNeil. He is survived by: his wife Delores McNeil; his children, Scott McNeil (Patti), Sherry Davenport (Greg) and Todd McNeil (Tina); his brother Bill McNeil (Alice); his grandchildren, Meagan Garland (Jeremy), Caleb, Jacob, Matthew, Luke McNeil, Kalee Urban (Terrance), Alex Davenport, Kristin Davenport, Coby McNeil (Alee), Braden McNeil (Savannah Jo), Carter McNeil and Carrie Beth Fellows (Dylan); and his great grandchildren, Jake, Ben Garland, Elias Fellows and Emery Urban.
