He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennings Bryant Regen and Elizabeth Barnwell; his wife Lisa Ann Regen; and his siblings, Wayne Regen, Brenda Ford, Debbie Regen and Joan Price.
He is survived by: his sons, Ronnie Regen (Wendy) of Portland and Bryant Regen (Alanna) of Portland; his grandsons, Ryan, Jack Regen of Portland and Donivan Webster of Crab Orchard; and his sister Anita Agee (Danny Futrell) of Crossville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
