With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ron Hilley of Abbeville, South Carolina, born in Greenwood, South Carolina, who passed away on October 19, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Goodroe and Mary Smith Hilley; and his brothers, Ray Brooks and James Robert Hilley. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his children, Dana Cook, Phil Copelan, Bob Copelan and Rhonda Thorpe; and his sister Diann H. Powell. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
