She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Faye Ayers Terrell; her son Ronald Lee'Jody'Addison; her brother Bobby Lee Terrell; and her grandson Dakota Blume.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Addison (Sharon) of Toccoa, GA, Shannon Chasteen (Hannah) of Newport and Hope Arnold of Abbeville, SC; her siblings, Dennis Terrell (Betty) of Toccoa, GA and Lynn Terrell of Myrtle Beach, SC; her grandchildren, Amber Chitwood (Brad), Cody Addison (Kaylee), Brent Chasteen (April), Gracie Pierce, Ty Chasteen and Gage Arnold; and her great grandchildren, Maddison, Harli, Ruger and Arden.
