He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis G. Welch and Jane M. Lovegrove Welch. He is survived by: his wife Donna B. Welch; his daughter Crystal Lee Welch of Abbeville, SC; his grandchildren, Elizabeth McCurry (Michael) of Greensboro, NC, Carson Boseman (Ikeem) of Abbeville and Bryan Lee McCurry of Abbeville; his stepbrother Larry Vaughn (Shelly) of Soddy Daisy, TN.; his siblings, Stephen Welch, Beth Cannon, Wesley Welch and Glenn Welch; and also Jessica Fletcher.
