He is survived by: his wife Bertha Renew Carroll; his children, Lloyd "Rusty" Edward Carroll, Jr. (Suzanne) of Abbeville, SC and Susan Carroll Frazier (Keith) of Barnwell, SC; his grandchildren, Katie Carroll Rideout (Richard), Evan Carroll (Sara), Hannah Carroll Grey (Nick), Ethan Frazier and Emily Frazier; his great grandchildren, Piper Vaughn, Eli Vaughn and Levi Carroll; and his siblings, Docia Carroll Fountain (David) and Jerry Ferguson (Jeanette).
