With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian Norris (Abbeville, South Carolina), born in Latta, South Carolina, who passed away on October 10, 2022 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her husband Perry 'Teeter Neuffer Norris, Sr.; and her parents, Lilliard Harper and Janie Tart Harper. She is survived by: her children, Perry 'Terry Neuffer Norris, Jr. (Wanda) of Starr, SC and Susan Margaret Norris of Hendersonville, NC. She is also survived by four granddaughters; ten great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
