She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Joseph Ibell, Jr.; her parents, Wilhelm Schmitt and Maria Forstner Schmitt; and her sisters, Maria Schmitt and Berta Schmitt.
She is survived by: her children, William John Ibell (Jill) of Newport Richey, FL, Roswitha Maria Timbrell (John D.) of Pennsylvania and Carol Ibell Osterfoss of Greer, SC; her nephew Juergen Schmitt (Juergen Langenohl); her grandchildren, Wyatt Ibell, Westley Ibell, Nicholas Osterfoss, Trevor Hogan (Taylor) and Christopher Osterfoss; and her great grandchildren, Sydney Neala Hogan and Sawyer Maeve Hogan.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Abbeville - Harris Funeral Home (302 N Main St, Abbeville, SC 29620).
