He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Barnes and Lois Barnes of Granite Falls, NC.. He is survived by: his spouse Aleta'Cookie'Barnes; his son Brian Keith Barnes (Shealyn); and his grandchildren, Madelyn Barnes, John Andrew Barnes and James Barnes.
