He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Earl Kelly and Bertha Ellenburg Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Beth Jones Kelly; his sons, Joshua Seth Kelly of Abbeville, SC and Brett Butler Kelly (Paige Smutzler) of Lewiston, Idaho; his siblings, Thomas Earl Kelly, Jr. of Anderson, SC, John Taft Kelly of Anderson, SC and Susan Kelly Foust (Butch) of Athens, GA; and his pets, Button and Leela.
