She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Raymond Harris Jr.; her parents, Nelle Elizabeth Temple Carwile and William Julian Carwile; and her siblings, William Julian "Jule" Carwile, Frank Douglas Carwile and Anna Walker Pierce.
She is survived by: her children, Lynna Harris of Greenwood, SC, Jeffrey Neal Harris (Amy) of Huntersville, NC, Brian Raymond Harris (Cindy) of Bossier City, LA and Allyson Harris McKittrick (Brian) of Hodges, SC.; and her grandchildren, Rachael Calia, Alexa Harris, Jeffrey Harris (Laurie), Ryan Harris (Mackenzie), Colin Harris (Jessica), Abigail Harris, Jacob Harris, Charles Edward Harris, Joseph Prudhomme (Amanda), Grant Harris and Chandler Perry Smith. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
