He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe R. Worthington and Helen Bell Worthington. He is survived by: his nephews, Tony Worthington (Kathy), Arthur Thomas Worthington, Jr., Roger Worthington and Charles Ray Worthington; and his niece Pam Payne (Fred).
