She was predeceased by: her parents, Cagie Latimer and Beatrice Power Latimer of Abbeville County. She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Alfredia Dorn-Cooper (Donnie) of Irmo; her sister Lela Garrett of Jamaica; her goddaughter Santana Madison; her grandsons, Qasim Simmons (Prisilla) and Kamau Cooper (Kelly); and her siblings-in-law, Calvin Dorn, Helen Latimer of Belton, Emma Dorn of Detroit, Mildren D. Thomas and Belinda Dorn Turner of Greenwood. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
