She was predeceased by: her husband Luther Allen Turnage, Sr.; her parents, Jackson T. Bratcher and Addis Leroy Martin Bratcher; and her children, Tony Vaughn, Phillip Vaughn, Douglas Vaughn, Michael Vaughn and Alice Vaughn Blackburn.
She is survived by: her son Luther Allen Turnage, Jr.; and her siblings, Allene Phillips of Honea Path and Paul Bratcher of Belton. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Abbeville - Harris Funeral Home (302 N Main St, Abbeville, SC 29620). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at the Forest Lawn Memory Gardens (2699 SC-72, Abbeville, SC 29620).
