He was predeceased by: his parents, Tate Saine and Lola Loggins Saine; his son Tony Saine; and his siblings, Sue Ashley, Genoa Kushman and Carl Saine.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Frizzelle Saine; his daughter Vanessa Spivey of Abbeville, SC; and his sisters, Ida Carpenter (Hank) and Pat Cash. He is also survived by three grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
