He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Jones Hagood; his parents, Henry G. Hagood and Reba Bosler Hagood; and his siblings, Allen J. Hagood, Roy W. Hagood and Nellie H. Whitt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnyie Hagood Alexander (Ronnie) of Abbeville and Tess Hagood Bowie of Simpsonville; his sister Elizabeth H. Lowe of Abbeville; his grandchildren, Michaela Jordan Bowie and Tyler Matthew Bowie; and his pet Lance.
