He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron H. Bell and Jean E. Bell. He is survived by: his wife Carol Leath Justice Bell; his children, Kimberly Brooks of Irmo, SC, Michael B. Bell (Wendy) of Chapin, SC, Kameron Ethridge (Chris) of Aiken, SC, Kristine Comer of Waynesville, NC and Kathleen Johansen (Bill) of Leawood, KS; his stepdaughters, Janna Davis and Jennifer Smith (Frank) of Abbeville, SC.; and his brothers, Dwight Bell (Rosemarie) and Dr. Timothy Bell (Karen) of Florida. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and the mother.
