He was predeceased by: his father James Roy Scroggs; his wife Beverly; and his son Harold Anthony (Tony Scroggs). He is survived by: his son Barry Scroggs (Bonnie); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Scroggs (Megan), Stephen Scroggs, Luke Scroggs (Trinity), Storm Scroggs, Sommer Mather and Alyssa Rousey (Andy). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
