It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grace Utsey of Abbeville, South Carolina, born in Greenwood, South Carolina, who passed away on December 8, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Shedrick Arant and Allye Bullock Arant; her daughter Lynda Bowen Gray; her grandchildren, Paula Kay Smith and Paul Monroe Gray (Skip); and her siblings, Jake C. Arant, Lucy Arant Webb and Vivian Arant Montgomery.

She is survived by: her aunt J. B. Williams; her children, Paul K. Bowen, Jr. of Abbeville, SC and Judy Bowen Cannon of Abbeville, SC; her grandchildren, Adam Smith, Brooke Smith and Clint Smith; her great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Landon, Maddison of Walter, L. C., Maci Smith, Randy and Michael Gray; and her grandson Duane Adams. She is also survived by three great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials in memory of Grace may be made to Agape Hospice, 326 Montague Ave. Greenwood, SC 29646.
