It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Copeland (Abbeville, South Carolina), who passed away on November 11, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Hunter Copeland and Margaret Stewart Copeland; and his daughter Marcia Lynn Copeland. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Hodges Copeland; his son Johnny Copeland of Abbeville, SC; his sister Esse Ericksen of Abbeville, SC; his grandchildren, John Rhett Copeland of Abbeville, SC and Missy Williams (Bruce) of Abbeville, SC; and his great grandchildren, Seth, Brice Williams, Alayna and EmmaKate Copeland.
