We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2022, at the age of 88, Franklin Perrin Scott of Abbeville, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father George E. Scott. He is survived by: his daughters, Kerry Fleming (Greg) of Abbeville and Wanda Thomas of Abbeville; and his sister Mary Cartledge of Abbeville. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
