He was predeceased by: his parents, Porter Parnell and Annie Charping Parnell; his siblings, Sanders'Bubba'Parnell, Howard Parnell, David Parnell, Aaron Parnell, Betty Ruth Mauney and Frances Page; and his great grandchild Cole Henderson.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Graham Parnell; and his children, Darrell Parnell (Cathy) of Abbeville, Deborah Henderson (Dan) of Johnston, Randall Parnell (Debbie) of Woodruff and Teresa Hayden (Dean) of Aiken. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
