She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Culbreth; her parents, James Jones Smith and Annie Butler Smith; her daughter Deborah Culbreth Jones; and her friend Ed Howard.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Culbreth of Abbeville and Frank Culbreth (Leesa) of Abbeville; her granddaughter Kerri Jones Lew (Ken); her great grandchildren, Makenna, Jace and Ella; and her sisters-in-law, Gladys C. Ferguson and Dolores G. Smith.
