She was predeceased by: her parent George Emmett Scott; her husband Walter Shirley Able; and her son Walter Franklin Able. She is survived by: her parent Pearl Mahaffey Scott; her son Johnny Able; her daughter-in-law Jean Able of Abbeville; her grandchildren, Tony Able, Camille Wolf of Atlanta, Greg Griger of Warner Robbins, Mark Gillespie of Atlanta, Brittney Able of Abbeville and David Able of Columbia; her great grandchildren, Josh Able of Columbia, Wesley Able and Jolie Able; and her siblings, Mary Cartledge and Perrin Scott of Abbeville.
