She was predeceased by: her sister Aimee Scoggins Flynn. She is survived by: her husband Jim Erwin; her parents, David Lewis and Teresa Haney Lewis of Abbeville, SC; her sons, Lane Erwin (Iliade) of Charleston, SC, Jesse James Erwin (Maghen) of Knoxville, TN and Ethan Andrew Erwin (Jessica) of Abbeville, SC; her sisters, Chanda L. Ferguson of Abbeville, SC and Krista L. Uldrick (Dan) of Abbeville, SC; her parents-in-law, Mike and Nancy Erwin of Abbeville, SC; and her close friend Melanie C. Smith. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests, memorials, in memory of Emily, may be sent to Grace United Methodist Church, 145 Grace Drive, Abbeville, SC 29620 to help defray funeral and medical expenses.
