She was predeceased by: her parents, James Monroe Simpson, Sr. and Anna Goff Simpson; and her daughter Jerri Smith. She is survived by: her grandsons, Michael Smith (Kylene) and Tyrese Smith (Tyteunna); her stepgrandsons, Kedarius Elmore (Sierra) of Abbeville, SC and Trajan Gillerson of Abbeville, SC; and her grandchild Reece Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
