With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Coach Robert B. Jameson (Abbeville, South Carolina), who passed away on January 16, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Victor Jameson, Sr. and Nancy Laura Breazeale Jameson; his son Donnie Jameson; and his siblings, Dr. Claude Victor Jameson, Jr., Lillie Jameson Stone, Mary Jameson Chastain and Catherine Jameson Hyde.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Johnson Jameson; his children, David Jameson (Gail) of Pendleton and Linda Jameson Wilber (Chuck) of Chapin; his sister Frances Jameson Veazey of Paris, TN; his grandchildren, Charlie Wilber, Peyton Wilber (BethAnn), Allison Wilber, Maggie Jameson, Haley Jameson, Tyler Stuart (Liz), Trent Stuart (Ashley), Dawn Manley and Leslie Werts (Jeff); and his great grandchildren, Annabella Jameson, Autumn Werts, Finn, Banks, Waylon and Jack Stuart.
