He was predeceased by: his parents, Waymon John Winn and Margaret Humphreys Winn Silvey; and his brothers, Johnny Winn and Alan Dale Hill. He is survived by: his wife Sara Long Winn; his children, Billy Winn (Shannon) of Abbeville and Angie Zepeda (Jimmie) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his sisters, Connie Smith of Logan, UT and Becky Tiller of Abbeville; and his grandchildren, Savannah Winn and Aiden McCann.
