It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Grace Bragg of Abbeville, South Carolina, who passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Don Bragg; and her parents, John Matthew and Margaret Strickland McMahan. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Michael Bragg of Abbeville and Monique Michelle Steimke (Scott) of Long Beach, CA; her brother John Lindsey McMahan (Brenda) of Greenwood, SC; and her grandchildren, Kristen, Bethany, Addison, Daniel and Luke.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Abbeville - Harris Funeral Home (302 N Main St, Abbeville, SC 29620). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rocky River Baptist Church (3234 Lake Secession Rd, Iva, SC 29620). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the M. J. 'Dolly' Cooper Veterans Cemetery (140 Inway Dr, Anderson, SC 29621).
