He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe L. Williams and Louise Rice Williams. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Brock Williams; his children, Guy Williams of Abbeville, Kenneth Brock (Andrea) of Honea Path and Melinda Davis (John) of Abbeville; his sister Judy Ann Horton of Abbeville; and his grandchildren, Michael Williams (Courtney), Emily Williams (Parker) and Travis Davis (Elizabeth). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
