He was predeceased by: his parents, James Calvin Campbell and Eunice Ethelyn Brabham Campbell; and his brother Doug Campbell. He is survived by: his siblings, Terri Lewis, Jim Campbell (Susan) of Lexington, SC and Michael L. Campbell (Debra) of Charleston, SC.. He is also survived by his loving family and many friends.
