He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin McCord and Pollie Morris McCord; and his brother George McCord. He is survived by: his wife Linda Fry McCord of Abbeville, SC; his children, Jennifer McCord, Selina Scott of Abbeville, SC and Tim McCord of Greenwood, SC; and his sister Martha Ivester of Abbeville, SC. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
