She was predeceased by: her husband Manley Jennings Horton Sr.; her parents, Jessie Carroll Rosser and Lillie Gertrude Shiflet Rosser; and her siblings, Russell'Buddy'Rosser, Archie Rosser, J. C. Rosser Jr., Sara Jane Evans and Carolyn Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Manley Horton Jr. of Abbeville, Mary Horton Shaw (Ron) of Greenwood and Teresa Horton Woodhurst of Abbeville; her friend Andy Pressley of Abbeville; her siblings, Jackie R. Rosser of Abbeville, James Ronald Rosser of Calhoun Falls and Martha Walker (Kim) of Tignall, GA; her grandchildren, Amy Willoughby, Jason Shaw (Lelia), Becky Clinkscales (Jay) and Katie Jo Bratcher (Justin); her great grandchildren, Devin, Emily, Kaylee Ann, Caleb, Eli, Carter and Lane; and her great great grandchild Olivia.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Abbeville - Harris Funeral Home (302 N Main St, Abbeville, SC 29620). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, August 31st 2024 at the Forest Lawn Memory Gardens (2699 SC-72, Abbeville, SC 29620).
