We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Barbara Elwell (Abbeville, South Carolina), born in Cross Hill, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Luther E. Elwell of Abbeville; and her parents, Andrew Jackson Livingston and Sarah Workman Livingston. She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie Elwell Errett (John), Huntingdon and Kathy Elwell of Easley; her sister Jackie Roper of Columbia; and her grandchildren, Nathan and Sara. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
