He is survived by: his sibling Soue Phanthavong; his close friend Lily Lieu of Boston, MA.; his children, Chanthala Gina Phanthavong, Sunthit Alan Phanthavong and Chanda Cynthia Phanthavong; and his grandchildren, Levi, Jaylisse, Kyla, Jaliah, Jaeminah and Jaenaya. He is also survived by his companion, mother, and 10 siblings.
