Tetreault of Woonsocket, RI, Daniel Tetreault of Woonsocket, RI and Lindsey Vitiello of Massachusetts; his parents, Walter R. Tetreault and Frances A. Tetreault (Dupuis) of Blackstone, MA.; his siblings, Mary Delphos (Scott) of Douglas, MA and William Tetreault (Pamela) of Millville, MA.; and his nieces and nephews, Emily, Julie Delphos, Steven, Nathan and Cassidy Tetreault.
